- If your order is not delivered within 30 days(based on tracking), you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you experience an issue with your product:
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund
- No return may be required in some cases

To help us resolve this as fast as possible, we may ask for a photo or short video of the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
Because our products are worn and used personally, we are unable to restock or resell them once opened.
